Hi, I'm Paige!

I'm so glad you're here! I know firsthand how much our health can hold us back. I believe nutrition is one of the most powerful ways we can improve our health and prevent disease. You deserve to feel your best so you can live your most vibrant life.

My Background

I'm a lifelong student of this field and am deeply committed to staying current with the latest research and advancements in nutrition science. I earned my master's degree in nutrition from the University of Southern California. After graduating, I worked as a clinical dietitian at UT Southwestern's inpatient hospital in Dallas, supporting patients with a wide range of complex medical needs. I later transitioned into an outpatient health-tech role, where I worked with individuals utilizing continuous glucose monitors. In 2023, I launched my own virtual practice to provide more personalized, high-quality care and build stronger relationships with clients on their health journeys.

 

I have pursued advanced training in functional nutrition, including the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certification through the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine practice group, the Gut Practitioner certifications with Dr. Heather Finley, and advanced GI-MAP training through Microbiome University. In Fall 2025, I began a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition program at the University of Western States. 

 

My Approach

I'm passionate about bridging the gap between science and practical implementation. My goal is to educate, cut through the confusion of conflicting information online, and help you understand the "why" behind each recommendation so you can feel confident in your health choices. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. I'll work closely with you to create an individualized plan that fits your life.

To me, an "integrative" approach means blending the best of both conventional and alternative perspectives while staying grounded in evidence-based practice. My approach goes beyond food - I incorporate behavior change support, lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, and movement, and use lab data to guide our work together.
